of the General Kilkis Chamber

·         Application with which state the following: the name, the label, the work subject and the company headquarters

·         Company Statute recommendation

·         The Government Gazette published summary of the company recommendation or registration of the Commission recommendation to the Companies Society Anonym Register in the prefecture (Photocopy)

·         Identity

·         Occupation Certificate and other Change Certificates, from the Tax Office

·         Professional qualifications, where is required

Foreign,

Those who do not come from European Union countries are required to provide additional, official translation of the passport and residence permit (photocopy) for independent economic activity.

Those who come from European Union countries are required to provide an official translation of their passport.
