SUBSCRIBE TO EXPORTER SPECIAL REGISTER

IN THE KILKIS CHAMBER

INSTRUCTIONS

A. For the registration in the Special Register of Exporters

1. Application, you can obtain from the appropriate department

2. Cash receipt voucher or Deposit treasury, this costs 15.00 euros

3. Introduction letter from a Bank

4. Photocopy from the identity for the Greeks or from the passport for foreigners

5. Certificate of non-bankruptcy

6. A solemn protestation for automatic search a copy of criminal record from the Ministry of Justice. (You can «download or print it» here,

or you can obtain from the Export Department of the Kilkis Chamber). The criminal situation, it will automatically seek out from the department

Moreover, in the edition of the provisional certificate is required a copy of the credit or export invoice.

It is recalled that the provisional certificate is given for a single time, forces 30 days and covers exports to 50,000 euros and converts exports in one country only.

B. For the subscription, the edition of the provisional certificate is covered by the following paragraphs 1, 2, 4 and 7.
